GROUNDS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER
Processing of personal data related to Easylinehost’s services with the consent of the data subject, on the basis of registration or customer relationship.
PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The personal data of the data subject are processed for the maintenance, management and development of customer relationships related to the service, analysis, statistics and for the production, provision, development of the service, newsletter broadcasts, market research and marketing.
INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
The register processes information belonging to the following categories:

Easylinehost uses the Active Campaign service to send automatic e-mails. Active Campaign is a company based in the United States. The company complies with European data protection requirements. The service stores the first name, e-mail address and behavioral information of the newsletter or similar subscriber.
No other information will be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area unless it is necessary for the performance of the service. Easylinehost ensures an adequate level of data protection as required by law.
PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER
Access to the registry requires a user ID issued by the administrator. In this case, the administrator also determines the level of access to be granted to users. Use requires a personal password or authentication. The use of the register and logins are monitored.
The information is collected in databases that are protected by firewalls and other technical means.
RIGHT OF INSPECTION
